I’m Jennifer Farmer, founder of Dwelling on the Details. I stumbled upon my passion for transaction management during a conversation with my niece about the real estate industry. Intrigued by the possibilities, I obtained my real estate license and combined my previous experience in retail, office management and magazine editing with my natural talent for organizing and learning. People think I’m crazy when I say I love to read contracts,
but it’s true!
The Real Estate Industry is complex and full of so many different details, rules, and regulations. It can sometimes be overwhelming to the average property buyer and even more so to an agent who is trying to handle multiple contracts at one time. Dwelling on the Details was born out of my desire to support busy agents who want to focus on their clients - showing homes, going under contract, and meeting more clients! The tedious administrative details that many Agents can’t (or don't want to) wrap their minds around are just the things that I love!!!
When I’m not immersed in the world of transactions, you can find me watching scary movies and enjoying time with my family. Georgia is home base where I’m surrounded by a tribe of family members who who have also become my closest friends. I’m a super proud Mom to my kids who live in North Carolina. I identify as an INFJ and an Enneagram 9, making me an ideal partner to support you in navigating your contracts.
